Hi Jorge,

Thanks for contacting us here on Trulia.

It is a great time to sell your property in Los Angeles! The inventory is currently extremely low and there are many buyers looking for properties, but not enough properties for them to buy. Many properties are selling over asking with multiple offers.

I would be happy to take a look at your property and give you a professional estimate of your home value. Feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns about the home selling process.

Best,

At what price are you willing to sale? This is a sellers market. You cannot go wrong at this time in the industry .buyers are paying over asking price and coming In with the difference of value in cash'HOT MARKET

Hello Jorge,

With this low inventory market, YES it is a great time to sale.

Homes are moving in a matter of days! Not to mention prices are rising in many markets.

Jorge,

There is no doubt that this is a great time to sell your home. it is very common in this market to have multiple offers from buyers after listing your home. Having stated that, it is important that your goals are clearly identified and have a Realtor that will work to achieve your objectives in that transaction. So interview various Realtors and understand their skill set, experience and what they can do to help you sell your home in a timely manner.
