The home on 9494 mainline drive is an investor trap. You are getting cheated if you purchase it. NationStar and Auction. Com are trying to sell you a lemon. The home has negative equity and is grossly overpriced among other issues.

The home is overpriced. The house has negative equity and its market value is below standard. Anyone who invests in it is getting cheated out of a lot of money.

Opening Bids at auctions are not the same as the right price. An opening bid is usually set at 10% to 50% of the expected final sales price. The "patter" of an auction might sound like this: (Imagine the speech speeded up double time)

"Starting price is $200,000. Do I have two? I've got 2, 210, 220, 250 from the blue hat 280. Do hear 3? $350 is the bid do i hear 360? 4 is the bid, Now green hat bids 450 do I hear 460, 460 going once, I hear 460, can I get 470? 470 going once, going twice. Sold for 460!"

And in less than five seconds the price moves from $200 to $460. The winner then pays the auctioneer 5 to 10% of the price on top of the bid.

Hi, the actual list price for this home is $465,000. It appears that it has just come back to the market? Is there any other question I may answer for you? Happy to help.
