$480 quarterly for all outside maintenance including painting, roof, landscaping. Just recently painted the exterior. $107 a month for recreation facility use of golf course, pools, club houses, tennis, track, etc.

Yes,it is monthly. The amount of the monthly HOA may depend on if the unit is a 1,2 or 3 bedroom unit.

Yes, in most cases your association fee is monthly. You may have an association fee for your immediate community (sub) and another fee for the master. Summerlin is considered a "master" community association. The monthly master dues for Summerlin are about $45. Sub-association fees can vary, depending on what the community offers - community pool, gated, guard gated, exercise room, community clubhouse. The fees listed on the MLS sheets are intended to be accurate, but it is always best to check directly with the homeowners associations to get the most up-to-date information regarding HOA dues.
