i got a loan in 2004 then refinanced in 2005,last month my loan was audited by a professional and i found out

my loan had several violations on it including lack of proper documentation, overcharging when calculations of payment and others, do i still have any legal recourse affter 5 years of the date when i refinanced?

You have a good question. Lots of lenders pulled fast ones and now they are getting their due! I would contact a Real Estate attorney or the person who looked over your file could direct you to the right person. 5 years have passed and any recourse maybe too late, however I can't give legal or tax advise. Seek it!
