As a general rule, the smaller the parcel the higher the price per acre. I have seen a single acre for $10-20,000. A 5 acre parcel could be as much as $25-35,000. Parcels as large as 40 acres depending on the land use might be priced around $100-150,000 If you're in the market for vacant land please give me a call.

The answer to this question depends a lot on what kind of land you are looking for. If you are looking for hunting land, approximately $3000/acre seems to be the going rate depending on the make up of the land. Building lots range from $10,000-$200,000+ depending on water access.
