I was unsuccessful in obtaining the By-Laws of the Hammocks HOA, however, I was able to find some excerpts from their website:
"The Hammocks is managed by D-n-A Services, LLC under the direction of The Hammocks Residential Community Association (HOA) Board of Directors in accordance with the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions and By-Laws. The Board of Directors is committed to maintaining the desirability, security, and market value of the homes and townhouses in the community.
Items covered by the quarterly assessment fees include landscaping and maintenance of the common areas, weekly yard maintenance for townhouses, pool maintenance and cleanliness, insurance, license costs, bookkeeping for association funds, adherence to covenants, and many other services such as exterior cleaning of the townhouses.
The Hammocks takes pride in the appearance of our development, encourages owner involvement in the association board, committees and their meetings as well as promoting a neighborly attitude to continue to develop a neighborhood of beauty, value and dignity."
