Riverbreeze is a resident owned community .The lease on the land has app. 80 + more years . You buy the lease for $1 with the purchase of the home. The monthly association fee is only $75 a month (as this is resident owned there is no monthly rental fee) .This is a very nice gated community. It has a clubhouse, pool, shuffleboard court and many activities you can choose to participate in. This is a 55+ community. Rubbish removal twice a week is included. to find more info you can google the address It is listed by Dickman Realty in Ruskin,Fl.

Dan,

I was not able to locate this property in MLS which means it may only be offered by the community. The best option to find out what they include and at what price it would cost, would be to contact Riverside Club at this number (800) 889-9804.

Are you planning to relocate to FL for seasonal or permanent living? My family is from OR and I know the differences between OR and FL are pretty drastic. Both lovely places with very different climates.

I agree with Alma below that this looks to be a 55 and over area where you only own the trailer and not the land. I have worked with several clients in that area finding homes to fit their lifestyles.

If I can help guide you or answer questions about this area of Fl. Please send me an email at THOYT@prutropical.com or call me at 813-352-6219.

Very Respectfully,

Looks like this is a trailer home and you wouldn't own the land beneath so it isn't real estate. Just be careful if you decide to go this route because when you don't own the land your mobile home sits on you will be at the mercy of the landlord for rent increases. If the land owner sells the land you may also have to relocate the mobile home.

Some mobile homes are actually real estate and you would own the land beneath.

Check out Briar Creek in Safety Harbor. It's very close to some of the nicest beaches in Pinellas County and a short drive to the airport and it has hospitals and all of the convenience of living in the high status community of Safety Harbor. Here are a few listings in Briar Creek:
