Steve- I put in 3BR/1.5BA, Split Level, Split Level w/ Sub Basement in Glen Ellyn and it shows me 3. All over the board on price. One at $239,500, one at $319,900 and the last one at $525,000. Market times of 64, 160 & 158 respectively. Hope that helps!
