How is..... to a Realtor this does not mean anything.
What exactly are you looking for.... prices going up in this area, is it close to transportation, shopping, schools, what....

The market is great and homes are moving fast. I am mostly in the market for my investors to get homes for long term tenants. In the last six month it is getting more difficult to get good priced homes. After five years of stagnation, I believe it is a booming market with a lot activity in the commercial field as well. I used to live five years in North Port and know North Port not from the distance.

Please contact me at 941-356-6580 or info@2Sarasota.com to answer all your questions. On my website you can search for homes, or I can set up your individual search if you e-mail me your criteria.

Kind Regards

North Port is a nice area and has a younger median age group than some of the surrounding areas. It is about 20 minutes from the gulf beaches. There are a lot of local strip malls, restaurants, and medical facilities. It is close to Port Charlotte that has a shopping mall. There are a lot of parks and recreational activities to do. The traffic is less heavy than Venice or Sarasota. North Port is located in southern Sarasota county. North Port has newer homes and older homes in a variety of price ranges. There are rental properties as well. Within a short drive you can be to almost anything - fishing, boating, beaches, parks, shelling, and more.

As far as asthma, you may have to ask your doctor about that. I know the area does have high pollen count certain times of the year. I had a lot of allergies and sinus problems in NY but since moving here I don't have the sinus problems any longer, but I do get allergies from time to time.

You can check out some homes on our web site at http://www.greenlionrealty.com or the local on my web site at http://tammyhayesre.mfr.mlxchange.com. I would be happy to answer any questions you may have or send you some information about the area.
