Our MLS systems give us the tools to find such information. All you have to do is give your realtor the area that you are interested in and they should be able to find that info quite rapidly. If the area encompasses many counties, you might have to contact realtors that operates in these counties. For instance, a Manatee realtor who is not a member of the Sarasota board won't have access to the info about sarasota lots. Reliable realtors are members of more than one Board or are connected to people who are. Luckily for us on the Gulf coast, we will soon have a new alliance that will basically provide us with data for most of central Florida, i.e. all the way from Orlando to Tampa to Naples. That will be great.
