Hi Kent,
To find a list of homes sold in Sun City, AZ or any other Arizona city, you can always check the county website.
However, an easier way to get access to this informaiton is to contact a REALTOR, who may be willing to share this information with you.
I hope this information will help you to make good real estate decisions.

Kent,
In the month of May 2008 there were 128 SOLD properties in Sun City.
Is there a specific home that you are wondering about how much it sold for?

Or if you are trying to find out what your home is worth for refinancing/thinking of selling..

If you have a specific question about a specific home in Sun City contact a REALTOR or send me an email here (this link keeps my email away from spammers):

You probably can't. A REALTOR member of the MLS can. Most of us do not charge buyers who have made a commitment to use our services, but we cannot afford to give away our stock in trade. I pay more than $1,000 per year for access to MLS data for my market. Why do you think we would pay that much for it and just give it away?
You might want to try http://propertynut.com, they have a lot of property listed in AZ....
