I am sure by now that your question has been answered but its such a significant question that it will be reviewed and asked again for months if not years to come. I believe that question has been answered many times and in many different ways...
The most common way is to reach out to a real estate agent as they have the information and they can forward on to you. This like many other real estate websites is an opportunity to meet and learn about real estate agents in your area which is why many of us solicit you to reach out and visit our websites and I will throw mine in as well.
To answer your question of how to learn of recent condo sales in Bellevue or anywhere else for that matter; Contact an agent or go directly to a title company. The title company may charge a small fee as they will compile the public information that you can find yourself if you know where to look and you have the time.

You 6 good answers from 6 brokers that are ready to go to work for you. With that in mind, you really want to work with your own agent that will represent your best interests.
I would suggest, that as a buyer, you Google every agent that responds to your question here on Trulia, learn as much as you can about who they are online, read their client testimonials, so you know what their clients are saying about them, and then give us each a call and just ask us why we think you should work with us instead of another agent. This will take you a little while to do, but will be time well spent, as choosing the right agent is the first step towards choosing the right home. Then, pick the best fit for you and let them go to work for you with the skill and knowledge that they have. I hope to hear from you soon.

Most local/national Real Estate companies have the ability to search sold listings on their sites. I just did a search on Windermere.com. I am sure you could find it at Johnlscott.com too. all have good search engine abilities. Due to MLS rules there will be limited informaiton/pictures available. Depending on what you need the recent sales info for I would still recommend contacting your Real Estate agent. If you don't have one, I would get one. There is no obligation to call any of the fine agents here, and we would be happy to assist in anyway.
feel free to call or email me, JasonEcook@windermere.com 206-280-1911

I'm wondereing what your goal is, because if you are wanting to determine the value of a property you own, the best comparable properties are in the same complex. You can find sales online at http://www.kingcounty.gov. You may have a learning curve to find your way around the site.
Another source is a title company. We agents call them when we are unable to find comparable properties through our own great databases. As a person on the street, I would suggest you call a title office and see what services they offer to the public and what the fees are.
If you want to buy, and are looking for average numbers, that is very difficult because condominiums projects vary so much.
I have two web sites that may be helpful. One is http://www.buyandsellseattlerealestate.com and when you set up a search, you will find some related market reports on the Market Insider tab.
My second site, http://www.karenmcknight.com has a button on the left called Market Graphs. Click on the graph for condominiums and you will get some great insights on the most important percentage, which is absorption rate.
Really, to get the best answers, I recommend you set up a time to get together with a very experienced, knowledgeable real estate broker. You can check out my credentials at http://www.karenmcknight.com .
