Crosswater is about 75% sold out but and has been around for 4 years now. They are opening a new addition to the Crosswater neighborhood with 62 homes soon. It sounds like they will be around for some time, so if you feel you are in need of selling, I would love to discuss your options with you.

Hang on to your rental. There down to 299 on some of there homes. My friend has a short sale in their that they paid over 400K for and there listed at 289K... Time is on your side...

I have not been there recently but when I live not too far away and will stop in and see how they are doing. I would imagine that in 2 years time the market will have corrected and they should be done in there. Positive things are going on in the Real Estate Market.
