You'll need to talk to an agent or someone else with access to the Park City MLS.

Utah is a non-disclosure state. That means that sales are recorded at the county/city recorders office as "$100 and other good consideration". So, online services like Truila or Zillow are not accurate on the actual sales prices (they don't have that level of access to the PCMLS)

For active properties, not only lets you search for individual properties ... but, also provides a pricing analysis against properties surrounding it. That can help do a high level evaluation of worth.

I'm also happy to provide a historical sales report to you for free and without obligation. Email (or call me) and I'll send you the latest report.

When you call, also ask about help with your closing costs.

As a licensed Utah real estate agent and member of the Park City Board of Realtors, I would be happy to help you with the information you are seeking. Are you interested in stats for single family homes, condos, vacant land?

Please contact me directly so that we can discuss the exact information you are seeking.

Your're right, actual sales prices would be best for tracking trends. But if you're looking to list a home to sell, recent comps will be most useful. I can help with info from our MLS . Also an appraiser should be able to access that data.
