I would start by visiting your county website. Depending on how up to date the online records are, they may display the tax assessed value of your property. Some counties do not display this information but it is a good place to start. The Tax assesed value isn't an accurate representation of what your property could sell for, but could give you a ballpark figure to start. If no luck there, I would suggest finding a real estate agent to do a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) on your property to determine a possible selling price. Look for a high powered agent with a solid book of business and experience to analyze the property for you. Almost all agents will usually do this free of charge.
