Hi Natasha,
There are many indicators that the market conditions here & now are good for buyers. Here's info about Loudonville, where I live and work, with new commercial developments down the street from my office and the Latham mall being completely renovated nearby: http://www.coldwellbankerprime.com/US/NY/Loudonville.
This hamlet is centrally located, w/ easy access to Albany (where I often give property tours and you may enjoy free events, concerts at the Times Union Center, or visit legislators), Troy (where my parents work and I enjoy attending events at EMPAC), and Saratoga (where you may enjoy concerts at SPAC or a day at Saratoga Race Track).

I'm officemates with Patsy, the listing agent of 29 Princess Lane, and could let you know more about it or other homes in the area. There's a similar, well-kept home w/ a gorgeous pool & backyard scenery, for sale (by motivated sellers I know more about) just down the street from my home. It's on Yardley Court in the quiet, upscale neighborhood of the East Hills Association, which near the Schuyler Meadows Country Club and Siena College. It's listing agent, Jeanne, is also my officemate. Here's the MLS info about that lovely home: http://crmls.paragonrels.com/publink/default.aspx?GUID=58e7c…

If you're in Providence, no worries about working with me--I'm adept at online, real-time info-sharing and can arrange a fun & fruitful visit to my hometown.

Hope to hear from you about what home you're looking for. And hey, maybe we'll be neighbors!
Nina

Hi Natasha,

There doesn't seem to be a question, but if you are looking to see this home or similar homes in Loudonville, I would be happy to help you. I'm a Certified Buyer Representative and work in the Capital Region everyday from 8am to 8pm. I can send you a list of similar homes and help you see any on the market. A Buyer's Agent works at no cost to you as the buyer. I would be paid by the transaction costs at closing associated with the seller's side. If you have any questions or would like to see some homes, feel free to email, text or call me.

Best,
