Hello Darlene, I noticed you never listed your home. I'm sure you have heard the market is changing. here is an article why now is a prime time to list your home now than later.

here is a link to our local statistics

If you want to list your home I can perform a CMA to determine its value and if you like we can get it on the market.
call or write with any questions
take care

You sure got a lot of responses! ill keep it short.
I can send you a CMA to use with other agents you interview, I dont need to show up and you will recieve it in an email. if you like my report I can come in person and refine it to what the market bares based off its condition. All you need to do is send me your email or calll.
take care!

Here is a FREE link you can use to give you an on-line home value analysis. It will show SOLD, Active and pending properties. Also where a home started and where is ended up being sold and the current market trends.

Hello Darlene,
I am sensing you have not spoke in person with a Realtor as of yet. I have a Great team & would love the opportunity to meet in person to go over your home value. It is true it can be difficult to get a true estimate without seeing the home, however, when you chose a Realtor who is familiar with the area & has experience with finding value based on what your home has to offer it comes close, then we can adjust the value at that time based on qualities your home has that others may not. I may not have the testimonials on here, as I am relatively new to Trulia in this aspect. However I could provide you with other forms of reference should you chose to call. My TEAM will work hard to get you top value & you will have the comfort of knowing you are working with the TOP selling & Listing R.E. office in King, Peirce and Snohomish counties. Please call me anytime if you still require assistance.
Thank you for your time, Erin R Myers

I noticed not one agent asked you if you were underwater with your morgage. As a Certified Distressed Property Expert I am qualified to not only market your property, but most of all work with the banks in getting the proper paperwork processed in a timely manner. For more information you can check out my website, and if you wish contact me directly.

Have a great day.

I would suggest, that as a seller, you Google every agent that responds to your question here on Trulia, learn as much as you can about who they are online, read their client testimonials, so you know what their clients are saying about them, and then give us each a call and just ask us why we think you should work with us instead of another agent. This will take you a little while to do, but will be time well spent, as choosing the right agent is the first step towards getting your home sold at the best price possible.. Then, pick the best fit for you and let them go to work for you with the skill and knowledge that they have.

If you are not sure about any of them, just let me know & I have a great referral for you.

Hello Darlene,

280,000 to 300,000. I just took a quick look at the homes in your area that are currently listed, pending, and that have sold and this is what I am coming up with. Depending on some other things your home could sell in the price range of 280,000 to 300,000 but to give you a more accurate answer I would have to see your home. There was one property very similar to yours in the same development except that yours has more square feet and is a year newer, that in February, 2012 it was listed for 279,950 and someone made an offer on it that was accepted. That deal didn't close because according to the agent the buyer had health problems so now it is currently listed for 279,950 again. If you want to talk more about putting your home on the market give me a call or e-mail me. I can show you the properties currently on the market right now around your home and show you what has sold and so on to get a better idea of what price to list your home for. I always answer my phone no matter what so you won't ever get my voice mail and I can meet with you any day of the week, any time of the day. Hope to hear from you.

One of the ways that you can locate a broker that is a good fit for you and for your property is to call the principal managing broker. You can then discuss your expectations and feel assured that you are referred a broker that is best suited for your objectives. Please let me know if you are interested in discussing your options further.

Hi there. Would you like to schedule a time to get together to go over market value? It is difficult to do a "proper" market analysis without actually seeing the home in person.
