There are several resources you can use online that will give you statistics regarding a given neighborhood or county. Trulia's website has valuable information you can utilize. visit the area where the home is located knock on doors and speak with the neighbors ( they will give you a idea of how the neighborhood is). If you are considering purchasing a home give me a call I can assist you with your Real Estate needs. I can be reached Directly via Telephone , Text or email.

Emelie,

I'll refer you to the answer I left in your other question of this ilk.

It is against Fair Housing laws for the agents on these forums to answer that question. You are free to investigate yourself. Drive by at different times of day. Walk the neighborhood. Check out crime statistics on the Philadelphia Police website. Talk to neighbors, etc...

If you have interest in specific properties, i would be happy to help you out, or at least guide you in what is available in the area.
