The property is listed on Trulia as Northeast Coconut Grove. If you were specifically looking for a property in the Grove this townhouse is not. If you Google the address you will see that it is located deep south in Miami Dade. As far as places to go nearby, if you are referring to Miami's nightlife, downtown Miami or the beaches it is a long drive from this property. Shopping Centers, schools, places of worship you will find within the immediate area.

BTW it was also for rent at $1250/mo and rented in Dec 2012. So if you're looking for an investment property, depending on your goals & financials, this could be it ... good cash flow & ROI (return on investment).

Yes this is a good area, schools, shopping, houses of worship, home values (this one is way low for the area probably for condition) major roads and highways are nearby and its only about 20 minutes drive south the the Florida Keys. So depending on what you're looking for, please tell me more ... this could be it if its still available.

When it comes to any safety/crime related issues, it's always best to contact the local police department with all your questions, hear all there is to hear firsthand. If unfamiliar with the area(s) do revisit more than once and at different times of day, possibly chat with locals/neighbors. Real estate professionals are prohibited from steering, enticing a buyer to purchase/rent, or not, in specific neighborhoods.
