about $210,000 - $230,000 because the house seems to abandoned in a way the pool has green water that needs to get fixed, there is no kitchen all the appliances are out of the kitchen there small open wall in the kitchen that needs to be fixed and i don't know how many other things around the house need to be fixed. The price on the house now is really good price only if it had a clean pool and a kitchen, thats money someone has to put it in if they buy the house which isn't fair if you buy a house it should have at least the kitchen installed. Let me know how much I can offer or if that option I put of money is a good offer thank you, and is there any chance you can put more pictures of the house inside.

Kerli-

I was able to get some estimates to cure the defective dry walls issue.
We should also see some other great homes nearby.

Call my office when possible.

Is it possible to lower the price on this house? And i know the houses around the area are beautiful and they are full constructed, but this one has a lot of money that you'll have to put in to do the kitchen buy all the appliances, fix the pool, and fix the china dry wall, thats why I'm asking is there any possible way to negotiate the price on the house.

This property is an approved Short Sale and is cash only due to the condition. It is listed for just $70 per sq ft which is already considerable lower than the current sale price per sq ft in the area.

The property is currently under contract and only taking back up offer.

As for a lower price it will be up to the Seller's lender to approve a new lower price.

Currently in the area this same model home is for sale with a clean pool and full kitchen for $430k.

If you would like more info feel free to contact me.

Kerli,

Did you notice that this house is also identified as having Chinese Drywall?

Learn about Chinese drywall - http://www.cpsc.gov/info/drywall/index.html

Do NOT buy this house without having a buyer's agent you trust to represent your interests.

You also will need to understand that banks generally won't loan money to a property identified as having Chinese drywall.

My recommendation would be to find another house to buy.
