I am a Realtor in Monroe, WI. 15 minutes from Brodhead. There are 3 main newspapers that service this area. The main Green County paper is: http://www.themonroetimes.com/ . Then there is The Independent Register for Brodhead: http://www.indreg.com/ and then The Shopping News(608-325-2030) which is no longer online. Most of the rentals should be advertised in those papers. Hope this helps.
