Sorry. I was just curious about the old house and neighborhood. I guess the 1950 date is just a typical record keeping snafu. The couple my parents bought this house from said the builder went bankrupt so they got it for a song. My parents bought the house in 1945 for $7,000. It was a great neighborhood and I can remember living in that house as if it was yesterday. I am now 68 years old and enjoying reminiscing. Even remember the neighbors names! To the left were the Kean's and to the left of them, the Lipsky's. To our right were the Costello's and to their right, the Lipson's, then the Lambert's!

This information was pulled from public record. Therefore, it is the local tax office that states this property was built in 1950.
