I have had good success with my rental homes by advertising on Craig's list and putting up yard signs. My last renter drove the area they wanted to live and called me off the sign in the yard.

Carigslist is risky, use a Realtor that will protect your interests!

For maximum exposure, why not consider listing with any local agent/realty office....

Realtor.

A lot of folks use Craigslist. Sometimes it works; sometimes it doesn't. But--speaking as a landlord--I've had far more success listing it than putting it on Craigslist.
