Ok, I just take a look at realtor.com rental listing http://www.realtor.com/search/searchresults.aspx?ctid=8065&a… and it seems you can easily rent $1,400 to $1,600.

I use a range because now is winter, and when Spring coming, many more tenants will surprise you ...

I also did not see any listing for rent in Beacon Pointe, so that means this community is very popular, otherwise, I can show a community with dozen listing for rent ...

Nor did I see condo for sale at Beacon Pointe http://www.realtor.com/search/searchresults.aspx?ctid=8065&a… so that community must be in very high demand. Does it walk to NYC Train Station?

Try http// http://:www.rentometer. com and plug in the information about the property. I am not familiar with your area, but have found it to be surprisingly accurate.
