Vincent,

This is a large home and with two A/C units, I would assume that during the summer months you could expect $300 - $400/month, but you will see a big improvement during our winter months, allowing you some relief.

It looks as though this home is sold, so if you are looking for something similar, feel free to contact me.

Thanks so much,

This particular home has two floors and over 2900 sf. Best estimate in peak heat would be $350 -$450 with dual a/c systems. Usage varies with the size of the family and temperature preferences. My home is approx. 2200 sf and my highest bill in the summer is around $300. My lowest in the winter/spring is $90. Please call me if you would like me to be more specific.
