If you choose not to use http://www.VRBO.com then I would suggest going through a real estate team that specializes in rentals. They can help you through the whole process and make sure that nothing is missed.

I'm an agent here in Paradise Valley and, yes, VRBO.com is a excellent source. I just wanted to mention you can work with a local REALTOR to help you find an appropriate seasonal rental at no cost to you, as well. It's always better to have local knowledge working for you when possible.

vrbo.com is a great resource. I use it for all of my vacation rental property.

Yes, their are many rescources for you and Todd gave you one. You may want to simply type in Vacation Rentals in your toolbar and it will bring up many options for you to choose from.
