Bre2197,

I was just at this property late last week, and I can tell you that it sits on high ground. The lot itself does slope down from the street towards the house.

I'd be happy to discuss your housing needs with you further, and I look forward to hearing from you.

Hi bre2197,

There are two main rivers that are fairly close - Schuylkill River (Named Pennsylvania's 2014 River of the Year) and the Delaware River. What exactly are you looking to do? Fish, row, swim?

Or from a different angle, are you worried about flood insurance? Shoot me an email and I will be more than happy to answer any questions for you.

Hope to hear from you soon.
