I have looked into this and it seems like your Glastonbury hom,e sight unseen, would be in the neighborhood of $350 depending on upgrades. The one in Wethersfield would be in the neighborhood of $285 -$290 - For what you have it listed for doesn't compare to anything that has sold with your size, bedrooms, baths etc...You can reach me at or 860-647-8000 x18

This may not be on the market for sale, it is a public record information. Here is my best recommendation I can make and I always make to all buyers, with similar questions, you should connect with one local experienced Realtor, your personal Buyers Agent, all that is required from you is your loyalty and your commitment to that one Realtor, so that he or she can also fully commit to you.

So many advantages from day one until the smooth and successful closing, through finding and seeing homes, finding the right one, making the right offer, have the lending site all set up, and then inspection, estimates, walk thru and closing, do not do it on your own. The buyers agent is usually with a property listed by another brokerage paid by the seller's side at the closing table, free to YOU the buyer.

David~110 Stanley Dr, is a nice home with many appealing features. The home is listed for $419,900. With the low inventory in the Glastonbury area it is no surprise that it is already under contract.
24 Main St, is also a nice home and it too is under contract after only 14 days on the market. It also has some really nice features that appeal to most buyers. In my experience with these two towns they were both priced fairly, which is why they are both under contract so quickly.
