There are better homes in better condition. Pick any one Realtor and work with them only to find the house you want in your price range.

This house needs a lot of work including foundation repair AC and heater parts missing, drainage problems. It is a short sale and sold as is with no repairs and more than likely will require all cash sale. No FHA loan on this house. Do your self a favorer and look at homes around 85,000-100,000
and you will be much happier in the long run. If you would like me to help you find the right home give me a call.

There have been 10 homes sold in Orchard Hills in the last six months with an average of 41 days on the market. There are 14 properties currently available in Orchard Hills. If you are interested in 2937 Larry Drive, it is still available but is actually in the Parkmont subdivision if that matters to you.
