I saw this posting at craigslist Central Jersey Forum last night http://southjersey.craigslist.org/rfs/571230683.html My question is "Is this true?" I mean in terms of price and sold status? because the referrence provided by the message is Remax and when I called they said the listing agent was not around and put me thru the voice mail (ok, Debrah, this also shows customer service line is not useful...)
Any Trulia licensed realtor here specialized in Edison NJ area can verify this property to see if it is indeed sold? If it is sold and real estate market is coming back, I would like to advise my father's Peijing friends to buy condos at Woodhaven since it looks can walk to Edison Train Station to NYC and so close to Asian Food Center.
Deborah,
Would you do a market anaysis of Woodhaven for me here? I mean a cma oneliner of all units at Woodhaven Edison in past 12 months with A,AR,U and C status.
Another one is 8-picture link of all Woodhaven units with A,AR,U and C for past 12 months. Please feel free to place your photo, cell, address and email on the top of the link so that I can foward to my sister and all my friends who are looking to buy here.
Here is a craislist message that I saw these two formats of MLS link, and I found very useful and easy to understand, but the two links in the message is for Hidden Woods townhouse, not Woodhaven. I would like to have the two links for Woodhaven... http://cnj.craigslist.org/rfs/542882552.html
This great! so 703 Woodhaven Dr is indeed sold!!!! wow!
I went back to Craigslist to post one for the author and link to here so that hundreds of prospective buyers looking to buy nice 2br 2ba condo at that price range will be able to see your confirmation http://cnj.craigslist.org/rfs/571253978.html
Not sure if my posting would be removed by craigslist as the author's original post, but I will continue monitoring the board and save a copy before it was removed...
Hi Dr. Cheng,
I didn't say ReMax had a customer service representative, I said we do. :-) Most brokerages do not. The fact that we do is just one thing that makes us different. :-) While there may be isolated time periods during biz hours where our front office might take a message and have someone call you back, 90% of the the time, your call will be put directly through to a customer service representative who can assist you.
Yes, in answer to your question......703 Woodhaven is currently in attorney review, with a contract date of 2/10/2008. The listing broker is, indeed, ReMax. The property was listed on 9/7/07 at an original listing price of $265,000. At the time of contract signing, the asking price was $252,000.
If your Father's friends from Bejing need assistance, please let them know that I would be happy to help. BTW, visited Bejing 2x in the last few years, and loved Bejing!
Deborah
This is not an answer, because Trulia's question title lack of a link function for the time being, so I just have to repost the question here with link http://southjersey.craigslist.org/rfs/571230683.html so that our Trulia realtors can see what the question is.
