Ok, Bear Stern was $170+ a share last year, and the thursday before last was $57, then Friday was $30, then at Sunday was acquired by JP Morgan Chase at $2 !!!! Why? I think it was due to those "short sellers" to short die Bear Stern with the help of lier media.

By the way, there is just one unit came out for sale, and that's 62 Redbud Rd Piscataway NJ http://maps.google.com/maps?f=d&hl=en&geocode=&saddr=Edison+… and somehow, it was "slashed" by listing agent to $235,000 !!!! Why?

I believe at the time listing agent of 63 Redbud Rd kept the OVER the listing price SOLD price $244,000 for months till closed, and in the mean time, other realtor, cooperatively to "bash down" the next door seller, maybe saying something like "...Look! market is down, next door listing $241,900 and sold, so you have to list lower..."

Well, the listing agent would NOT review the fact next door 63 Redbud Rd, in fact, close MORE than listing price at $244,000.

So, yes, they are liers, and they play together to bash down the price....

So, I was thinking, maybe I should buy some $2 Bear Stern???

63 REDBUD Rd, Piscataway NJ 08854 2br 1hba townhouse at University Heights was listing at $241,900 and just closed at $244,000!!! Of course, the community is now SOLD OUT!
