Thanks. As per Miami-daderecords, this house was owned under different person - purchased in 2005 for $1.75 million. Some time late last year it was reportedly sold to present owner for $875K (as per Miami-dade records. Now the records show (Zillow) that the house was sold in March 2009 for 1.632 million but Miami-dade records show it has been owned by present owner since 2005.

My group had tried to make unsucessful bids for this house in past and it looks like there is something strange going on here. Even if you forget Zillow reported sale - this house was never actually owned by a bank nor it was owned by the present owner since 2005. House was listed on the tax records as owned by the present owner since Jan 2009 - $875K

Not sure what you're looking for/.
The last sale was $875,000 on 12/08. It was bank-owned
Before that, it was purchased for 1.75 million in June of 2005. That's the one that got foreclosed.
The 1.6 million you're referring to doesn't look like a sale. It shows as a receivership filing, which I've never seen before. The recorded sale is the one in December; the 1.6 million isn't recorded as a sale.
No fraud (might have been with the initial sale, but not here).
Not sure what you're looking for with the info.
