With the market at a stand still in some places, shoud I buy (with cash) or wait to see what is going to
happen further
? I had a friend that brought a house last year and the house this year is selling for much less. This was a new construction too.
do not want to over pay when the economy is jump everywhere. The dollar has less value these days.
