Will the market value for a house on Ruthven Court in Ann Arbor, MI, on average, likely increase over the next 25 years or so?

These homes within easy walking distance of campus, downtown and the UM hospital. They are smaller, ranch-style houses, perfect for retired couples and UM professionals. Located within the popular Ann Arbor Hills and Angel School district, where houses area generally larger and more expensive than those on Ruthven Court.

The home on Ruthven is no longer for sale. This site is not updated often enough to keep up with the changes in the market, but the Ann Arbor market has had a long history of homes holding their value and increasing over the years.

Historicly, over a 25 year period, real estate in all locations has appreciated.
Locations with attributes such as you describe should show aggressive appreciation.
Citzens are placing increasingly higher value on walkable, auto-free life styles.

Good Morning!

Since nobody can predict the future. We would have to assume that under normal market conditions home values will increase. The rate of increase can only be guessed at at this time.

I firmly believe real estate is a good investment especially if you're willing to hold on to a property for an extended period of time.

I hope this answers your question.
