The listing information, along with the photos are pulled in from the MLS. There is a size limitation in the MLS, so that may be the reason it looks grainy in homes.com, or other sites.

There could be a few reasons. It looks to me like the photos may just have been copied from a previous listing. Not all Realtors are good photographers or are willing to hire a photographer to shoot a house. Unfortunately, the first thing most people see when they are house hunting are the photos of the home.
