Reasons properties are sold are as varied as the people who own them. However, Daphne, and especially Lake Forest, seemed to have been hit extra hard with foreclosures over the past several years. Now that many of the bankruptcy properties are selling, those that have been wanting to sell who didn't need to do a foreclosure are finally entering the market. Buyers are also realizing that prices are starting to go up and properties are moving, so if you like a home, it's important to make your offer ASAP.

Please give me a call if I can assist you in visiting this or any other properties. I will gladly research active listings to target a search specific to your needs.

Mortgage interest rates are still at historical lows. Many buyers are choosing to take advantage of this by purchasing homes.
