This property is located in a subdivision area where the roads are maintained by the HOA the fee is to cover road maintenance such as snow removal. Most parcels of land are not located on state roadways so most have road fees .

I was wrong to say we didn't have an hoa. We actually do and it is active but, we don't really have a set agreement of $300 a year for this.

Check to see what the HOA covenants are before proceeding.

Yes, this property does have an HOA. In the MLS, the listing agent has noted that the fees are $300 paid annually. Please let me know if I can assist you further with this property or any others.
