Why does it seem like the market in Sharon is dropping more than the rest of Norfolk County?

We currently own & live in Sharon however are looking to get a bigger house due to a growing family. We are constantly on real estate web sites looking at houses in Norflok County. We love Norfolk county and would like to stay. It seems from looking at prices that Sharon has dropped more than other towns in Norflk, does anyone know why?

While this whole market is difficult, Sharon is the only town in the Metro West area that was not flagged as a "declining" market . So while there may be some price adjustments for over-priced homes, it doesn't sound like your home will lose value.

Also, it's a very Jewish population in Sharon. That can be a turn-off for some buyers....

Because the inventory has been high the homes had to be re-positioned in the market to set them apart and get them sold. It is a very nice community but like so many of the towns there is too much inventory. Are you only considering Sharon? How about Medfield, Medway, Millis, Norwood, Dedham, Walpole or Wrentham?
