To give you an idea of how Bayville stacks up against a few other towns, here are a few stats per the Monmouth/Ocean MLS as of Sept 21, 2007.

Bayville (section of Berkeley) - Active 218 Under Contract 21
Stafford - Active 335 Under Contract 31
Middletown - Active 448 Uncer Contract 84
