But my guess is if a property has been bought in May and then sells again in August of the same
year that it was a builder who remodeled the home put in money and made it nice put it back on the
market to coupe his expenses (Taxes, loan and the remodel cost) and then yes a profit I hope so for
his or her sake.
That is the scenario that would make sense to me, but hopefully a local Realtor will be able to have
a better idea about it. I still wonder why you are asking I know there has to be a good reason.
