FIRST ANSWER

We only have a couple to choose from, so tough to tell.
Probably not enough resales in Del Webb to tell yet. There's just no history here, but I believe other places around the country have done well and the people really seem to enjoy living there.
The other choice is Robson Ranch.....I don't regulary check prices and trends there, but my guess is values have held.
I'm going to guess though that most people move to those communities for the lifestyle though, not probably caring as much about what happens to value. Hopefully, it won't matter what happens to value. They're just at a different stage in life where they are much more focused on lifestyle and enjoying life than concerned if values go up 3 or 4% or 20% a year.
