The easiest way is to contact a local realtor that you trust. Be honest with them. They have easy access to this information and will provide a report for you. it will give you a chance to get to know an agent better and maybe if and when you are ready to buy or sell again they can help you out.

In Alachua County here in Florida, anyone can do a "sales search" at the county property appraiser website for an area or neighborhood. It may be a little confusing at first, but you can usually call them if you need help. You can usually get this information in person from them too. A realtor can also help as they have access to the local MLS and can get you a list of sales for any recent time frame for your area or neighborhood. Good luck!

You can always consult a Realtor or visit your township assessor website. What is the home you have interest in? Perhaps I can help. Thanks!
