Good morning,
What I have done in the past is ask the owners to give permission to ask the rental company. If they are renting it themselves you may ask them directly. If there is another broker involved ask them for the history. All my listing that are in a rental program I have the rental company print the history to share with a potential client or broker. If I may assist you further call or email me.

Best regards,

If you are working with a Buyer's Agent, they should be able to get the info from the Listing Agent..

If you are working directly with the Seller (which I don't recommend), just ask them for it.

In either case, they should have the info available to any buyer.

If you are going to continue in a rental program, let me know. I work with a gal who does rentals and I'm sure she could talk to you and give you some advice on renting, such as % paid to rental agency, how cleaning is handled, etc. Her website is: http://www.maggieproperty.com

Feel free to call me with any questions: 828-400-6295 cell
