You can either ask a Realtor to find those for you as we all have access through our MLS systems. Or, you can look in your local tax records online - alamance.ustaxdata.com . You won't be able to get days on market or seller concessions there but you'll at least be able to see what the sales price was. Honestly, a local Realtor will be able to give you all of the info. you arre looking for. Good luck, Beth

Info about homes under contract is not a public info and unless a RE broker you would not have an access to that. Sold homes record is a public info and its available trough your county tax base. You can search for your county “GIS maps” and there you can search property info. Hope this helps!
