Where can i get the most accurate public record reflected recent sales? I find that the MLS isnt reflecting the actual sales recorded.I need to know
whats the best way to find a close approx BPO/Appraised VALUE othere than Pencil searches or an actual appraisal.

FIRST ANSWER
Check in the public records of the county the property is located at. More specifically ay the property appraiser of the county.
