The quarterly report from the MLS will be available end of July for second quarter. As a member of the Greater Chapel Hill Association of REALTORS, I receive the report as soon as it is available. I have just the thing you are looking for. I can set you up for a service I offer with no obligations called Market Snapshot. Unlike many of the online resources for home valuations which yield estimates that are questionable to say the least, a Market Snapshot is the only tool that pulls directly from the Multiple Listing Service. Not only does it show active listings with all the detail, it also shows actual sales data and lots of info & graphs on Days On Market, Inventory, List vs. Sold prices, etc. You can choose to have this report updatd and sent to you anywhere from 2-8 weeks.
