Thanks, Jody! This is very helpful. We are in the process of selling our home in the Washington, D.C. area and just getting an idea of the greater Denver metro area. Still not sure whether we want to move to Denver or just outside yet, or even another state altogether, so just trying to get a feel for prices and the market. This question is a good one. Sometimes the days on market can be a little mis leading. It depends on the amount of short sales and the comps in the area. Morrison and Golden seem to be doing well and the right home at the right price will sell fast. Rita in our office spends most of her time researching market stats.

Hi Ann,

Go to REALTOR.COM and e-mail a REALTOR in those areas. They should be able to provide you with all the stats you need from their local Multiple Listing Service.
