Where can I find a report on average days on market for SFR 3/1 or 3/2 homes in the indianapolis metro area?

As a buyer you shouldn't be that concerned with the days on market (DOM) for a home for sale, because at least in Indiana, every time that property is listed, (that is after it would expire or be taken off the market) and relisted by the same or another agent the DOM resets to zero. Your agent can do a History Search to find out the true number of days it's been for sale. Just Call a Realtor.

This is the last 3 months DOM fo all Marion Co. 12/07=88DOM, 1/08=95DOM, 2/08=103DOM.
Need some more info to further define your request, such as a price range, time frame etc. In general 90-120 DOM for Indy region. Info from Trendgraphix compilation of our MLS. email at eric@karrfalt.net and I can assist further
