You could try searching the city's property database. Here is a link. (you may need to cut and paste it into your browser.) http://www.cambridgema.gov/fiscalaffairs/PropertySearch.cfm

Good Luck!

Hi J.

Check the Middlesex Registry of Deeds in Cambridge. Or you could email me and I will send you the list.

I'd be happy to provide you or anyone else interested with an excel spreadsheet showing the last ten years of sales in Cambridge, Somerville and surrouding towns in the Boston area. We've separated them out into Single family, condos, and multi-units. We continue to do detailed analysis of this data in many forms every quarter. Contact me and I'll provide you with a copy or recent updates as we make them available. Feel free to call or email me your contact information. 617-653-6001 David Hart

P.S. The registry of deeds and other referenced sources have a search option for specific properties but, not a complete list as you refer to.

Hi J,

One place you may be able to find this information is on Zillow.

Paul has it right - not every property sold is listed on MLS or other sites but all sales are recorded as quitclaim deeds or as registered land - the local Registry of Deeds would have that information.

Problem is that the Registy might now have the data in a format usable to you - try a title company if you want to get a list of condominiums only that meet certain criteria (e.g., sold within last 10 years) and have them de-duplicate the data save for the most recent deal.

There are several resources, some of which have already been listed. However, to get the most relevant info I recommend using the MLS. Check out our website and get the info you need when you need it. However, I would be happy to provide you with the data. Just shoot me an email.

Go to http://www.masslandrecords.com/malr/index.htm, click on 'South Middlesex', and from there you can research transactions in Cambridge, or any other South Middlesex County city, going back over 30 years.
