Where are the hottest spots in Miami's single family homes market these days.?
Statistics show an increase in sales volume in Miami area in the last few month's.
What I would like to know is in which areas can we see most deals take place.
Please refer to Miami Beach in your answer as well.

Hi Mr. T,
I think it's tough to pin down a specific few areas. I have buyers looking in different neighborhoods - from Shenandoah and the Roads to Miami Beach to Miami Lakes, and it seems the activity is more about price than location. I am running into lots of multiple offer situations on well-priced homes all over the place, primarily in the $200,000 and under range.
